Shop terms — physical products and digital e-cards

A. Who sells your order
Steve Candy-Hewett, trading as THE FOOL CHOOSES, sells THE FOOL'S CARDS® products. Business and returns address: 4 Grafton Close, Bournemouth, BH3 7JW. Email thefoolchooses@gmail.com for order help, cancellations, returns or complaints. These terms cover our physical products and digital e-cards. Purchases are one-off purchases, not subscriptions.
B. Choosing and paying
The product page and Stripe checkout show what you are buying, the selected options and total payable. Physical products offered here include UK delivery in the displayed price. E-cards are digital only, without a printed product or postage. Physical delivery is restricted to the UK. Check your design, format, size, colour and delivery details before paying; go back to correct them if necessary. Orders and customer information are provided in English.
A fixed-design purchase supplies the selected design. Where you select Let the Fool choose, the shop describes the eligible collection or gallery; one design is selected once and stays with that purchase. Rechecking a payment does not select a different design or authorise another charge. Payment is handled by Stripe. No optional paid extras are added without your agreement. Contact us promptly about an incorrect order or delivery address; changes cannot always be made after production or dispatch.
C. Physical delivery, cancellation and returns
Our physical products use standard approved designs and are normally printed after ordering. This alone does not make them personalised or remove your cancellation rights. Product-specific details and delivery estimates are available through the links below. Unless we agree another period with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or cannot be supplied; we remain responsible for the consumer remedies required by law.
You may notify us that you wish to cancel at any time from ordering until 14 days after you receive the goods. After notifying us, return them within a further 14 days. Email or write to the contact above; you may use the cancellation form below but do not have to. Contact us for return instructions; this does not make your right to cancel conditional on our permission.
For a change-of-mind cancellation you pay ordinary return postage. We refund the goods and standard outbound delivery charge, including standard delivery included in the price, within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence you sent it, whichever is earlier. We may withhold the refund until then. A lawful deduction may be made for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We normally refund by the original payment method, without a refund fee. Faulty, incorrect or damaged goods are handled under your statutory rights, including necessary return costs, rather than these change-of-mind rules.
D. Digital e-cards
An e-card purchase supplies one chosen digital design or one design selected by the advertised mystery option. A current web browser and internet connection are required; the recipient needs no account. You receive a link to share yourself. Anyone with the link can open it, so keep it out of public posts if you want to limit access.
The existing checkout asks for express consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins. Supply starts after successful payment verification. This does not remove your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied. Contact us for the appropriate remedy. We do not collect a second immediate-delivery agreement.
The digital link is for personal greeting use. You do not purchase copyright or permission to resell or commercially redistribute the artwork, or claim it as your own. Links are not deliberately time-limited; retain your link and payment reference for recovery. Temporary outages may delay access. Contact us if access fails.
E. Information and help
You can print or save these terms. Your order confirmation must identify your purchase and include the applicable contract information; digital confirmations must also record the immediate-supply consent and cancellation acknowledgement. Contact us if it is missing. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory consumer rights.

F. Model cancellation form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel. You may instead send any clear cancellation statement.
